Crewline, the AI dispatcher for the trades

Answers every call, triages the emergency, qualifies the job, books it, and texts your on-call tech — in English or French, around the clock.

No heat, burst pipe, dead AC Data hosted in Canada Law 25 & PIPEDA ready Keep your existing number

The phone rings while you're under a house.

In the trades, a missed call doesn't wait around — it phones the next contractor on Google. Crewline picks up before that happens.

2 rings

Every call answered — including 2 a.m. Sunday, mid-storm, or while you're soldering.

First word

It hears “Bonjour” or “Hello” and stays in that language for the whole call.

Before hang-up

The address, unit type, severity and photos are already in your CRM.

Crewline does what a dispatcher does

Not voicemail. Not an answering service that takes a message and calls you back. It decides, it books, it dispatches.

Emergency triage Lead qualification Booking & scheduling After-hours & overflow Quote intake Tech dispatch by SMS Reminders & follow-ups Job notes

It knows what's an emergency

Active leak, gas smell, no heat in January, sewage backup: escalate now. Dripping tap: Tuesday at 10.

It asks your questions, nothing more

The address first, every time. Then: gas or electric? What floor? Shingles or flat membrane? Your questions, your order — and no technical advice to the customer.

It wakes the right person

An emergency is transferred live to the on-call tech, with the summary and address texted at the same moment. Non-urgent calls go on the calendar instead.

Three calls, two languages, no forms

Two emergencies and a booking. The agent answers, takes the address, then transfers if it's urgent or puts it on the calendar if it isn't. The summary at the bottom is exactly what lands in your CRM.

The difference on a Tuesday night

Without Crewline

1Phone rings at 9:10 p.m. You're on another service call.
2Voicemail. “Leave a message, we'll call you back.”
3The homeowner hangs up without leaving one.
4They call the next name on Google. That one answers.
5You find the missed call tomorrow morning. Job gone.

With Crewline

1Crewline answers in two rings, in French or English.
2It triages: active leak, not a dripping tap.
3It takes the address, floor, unit type, access, photo.
4Transfers to the on-call tech, with the summary by text.
5You wake up to a booked job sitting in your CRM.

Forward your line. That's the install.

You keep your existing number. We forward it to a local line — 416, 905, 514, 450 — and Crewline answers there. No new app for your techs, nothing to reprint on your truck.

Your numbers, not ours

We're not going to quote you an industry statistic. Put your own numbers in and see what missed calls cost you a month.

Revenue hanging up on you each month
$13,500
Missed calls per month52
Crewline, usage included$295
The gap$13,205
Math: missed calls × 4.33 weeks × job value × close rate. Usage estimated at 3 minutes per call. Crewline won't recover 100% of them — it doesn't need to in order to pay for itself.
Built here, for the rules here

US tools ignore Law 25. That becomes your problem, not theirs.

Every call contains a name, an address and a phone number — personal information under the law. Crewline is built around that fact.

Law 25Quebec — Law 25

Explicit consent announced at the top of the call, collection limited to what the job needs, deletion on request, and a named privacy officer on file.

PIPEDAFederal — PIPEDA

Recordings and transcripts handled under PIPEDA's ten principles, with a written retention policy you can hand to a customer who asks.

ResidencyData stays in Canada

Transcripts and recordings stored in Canadian data centres. You have a real answer when a customer asks where their information goes.

30 daysAuto-delete by default

Transcripts purge after 30 days unless you save one. Less data kept is less exposure for you.

BilingualNotice in the caller's language

The recording notice is given in French to a French-speaking caller. An English-only notice doesn't protect you in Quebec.

YoursYour data stays yours

Your calls are never used to train public models. If you leave, you leave with your data and your transcripts.

The full detail — providers, processing outside Quebec, retention, your rights — is in the privacy policy.

Simple pricing

Less than a human answering service, and it doesn't just hand you a message to call back.

14 days free, built for you

I set your agent up myself: your triage questions, your on-call rotation, your CRM. You point your evening calls at it for two weeks. If it doesn't book you work, you pay nothing and we shut the line off.

Limited spots — I'm only onboarding a handful a month right now.

Questions I get asked

Does it sound like a robot?

No, and you'll hear it before you pay anything. It talks and listens at the same time, handles interruptions, and never reads out a touch-tone menu. Book a demo and call it yourself — that's the only proof that counts.

Does it give customers technical advice?

No, never, and that's deliberate. It answers, takes the address and the details, then transfers an emergency to the on-call tech or puts the appointment on the calendar. It will not tell a customer where to shut a valve, what to unplug, or how to restart a furnace. Advice like that over the phone is your liability, not a feature.

What if it can't answer something?

It doesn't guess. It says a tech will confirm, takes the details and texts you. For emergencies it can transfer the call straight to your cell while the customer is still on the line.

Do I have to change my number?

No. You keep your number and forward it to Crewline — all the time, or only after hours and when the line is busy. Your call, and you can switch it off any time.

Real Quebec French, not translated French?

Yes. A caller who says “la fournaise part pas” or “ça coule dans le sous-sol” is understood, and the agent answers in the same register. The scripts are written in Quebec French, not run through a translator by a US vendor.

How long until it's live?

Usually 48 hours. We do a 30-minute call on your triage questions and on-call rotation, I build it, you test it, then you forward your line.

Can it take payments or deposits?

It won't take card numbers over the phone — that's needless risk for you and the customer. It texts a payment link instead when you want a deposit before the visit.
